Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a long-term outpatient assignment requiring experience in the setting and an active PT license.

Details

  • Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week
  • 30-minute meal break
  • No call requirements
  • Uses InSync EMR

Requirements

  • Active PT license required (compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment)
  • License required if applicable
  • Experience in the outpatient setting required
  • 1 professional reference required for consideration
  • SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Parking and dress code information provided on first day
  • Equipment provided during interview process
  • Holiday weeks require 32 hours worked
  • Candidates with prior perm/PRN employment at this facility within the past year are not eligible for rehire
  • Candidates with prior traveler or older perm/PRN history should have eligibility verified before consideration
