Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) The position is based in an outpatient setting with an immediate start date of 09/07/2026, scheduled to last for 13 weeks. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and ensuring functional recovery to facilitate return to community activities. The therapist will serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; valid state license in good standing; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; orthopedic experience; ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans; experience with medical record documentation in accordance with policies and guidelines; ability to participate in student programs; active professional licensure and ongoing education requirements compliance; knowledge of performance improvement methodologies; strong clinical reasoning and professional development skills; adherence to discipline-specific State Practice Act and regulatory standards.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior assignment with the organization or with the agency is highly desired; previous experience with Select Medical is a plus.
