Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in ROCKWALL, Texas. Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active applicable state license; valid for the state of Texas; 0 years minimum experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is nice to have
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment plans focused on discharge goals within established lengths of stay. Ensures accurate and timely documentation according to compliance standards. Participates in student supervision and professional development. Maintains licensure and adheres to regulatory standards. Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement initiatives.
