Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) The organizations outpatient therapy team is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive outpatient care within the outpatient Department. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and guiding patients through their recovery process to restore functional abilities and support community reintegration.
Job Details
- Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist providing evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy services for patients within an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment programs, performing initial evaluations, and ensuring safety throughout patient care.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans, and documents clinical notes accurately. Offers supervision and mentorship to students as assigned. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to regulatory standards. Actively participates in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
