Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Active physical therapy license, one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, Indiana state licensure, and a minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient therapy settings is preferred.
- Additional Information: Candidates must complete required documentation directly with the organization outside of AMN Healthcare's clearance process before beginning the assignment. Candidates with previous ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN within the last year are ineligible for rehire until separated for at least one year. The assignment is scheduled to start on 08/24/2026, with a weekly billing cycle and a notice period of 30 days. Parking provisions will be available on the first day, and dress code details will be provided during onboarding.
