Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Gilford, NH This outpatient position involves providing physical therapy services at a satellite rehabilitation facility. The role requires experience in outpatient care, with the ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new electronic medical record systems. The candidate should be comfortable seeing post-operative patients, particularly following new total joint surgeries expected in October.

Job Details

  • Location: Outpatient Satellite Rehabilitation Services at 14 Maple Street, Gilford, NH 03249
  • Shift Schedule: Dayshift, Monday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in physical therapy, current New Hampshire or Compact State Physical Therapist license (or willingness to obtain a temporary license), at least 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, experience working with post-operative patients, experience with electronic medical records, ability to work independently
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with total joint rehabilitation, familiarity with outpatient therapy documentation and procedures
  • Additional Information: Candidates should be knowledgeable about chronic illness impacts, able to conduct standardized tests, and demonstrate understanding of patient emotional, social, and cultural needs.
