Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; 6 months of outpatient experience is highly desired; Valid state licensure and adherence to the State Practice Act; Ability to complete comprehensive patient evaluations and document in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy and student supervision skills.
- Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely. The therapist will participate in student programs, pursue professional development, and adhere to safety and organizational policies.
