  • No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

  • State PT license required if applicable, compact license accepted to start with full state licensure required during assignment
  • One professional reference required for consideration
  • SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Clinicians who previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent role must have a 1-year gap before returning as a traveler
  • First-time travelers may be considered for this position
