Job Details

  • Position Description: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for patients. Ensures functional treatment programs enable effective return to community activities. Acts as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers.
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Maintains an active/applicable license for the State where work will be performed; No minimum years of experience stipulated.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops and tracks individualized treatment goals, and ensures documentation is accurate, clear, and compliant with policies. Participates in student education, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to regulatory standards and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
