Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Lafayette, IN. This outpatient position involves providing therapeutic services to orthopedic patients in a well-established clinic located approximately 1520 minutes from the Purdue University campus. The role includes evaluating and treating a diverse patient population, with a focus on delivering high-quality care in a team-oriented environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: Physical Therapist at an outpatient clinic offering occupational therapy, physical therapy, and physical therapist assistant services serving commercial, Medicare, and workers compensation patients.
- Required Qualifications: Outpatient experience preferred; no minimum experience required; valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indiana.
- Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 3:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM7:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 3:00 PM. One-hour lunches included; schedule structure prefers 5x8s but flexible scheduling options will be considered. Facility hours are MondayThursday from 7:00 AM6:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM5:00 PM.
- Additional Information: The position utilizes NextGen documentation system, with support staff including front desk, rehab aides, and additional clinicians. Dress code is business casual.
