- Certifications/Education: DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy), 2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates accepted.
- Experience: 0 or more years in outpatient physical therapy.
- Patient Ratios / Productivity: Approximately 48 patients per week.
- Evaluation Times: 3060 minutes per patient.
- Types of Cases: Musculoskeletal conditions.
- Patient Population: Adult orthopedic and sports medicine patients.
- Documentation System: NextGen
- Staff Support: PEC, float, and aide support provided.
- Floating Requirements: Potential floating to Marshall or Battle Creek, but not mandatory.
- Additional Information: Dress code is business casual or athletic wear; yoga pants are not permitted. The position features innovative AI-supported clinical documentation to enhance clinician efficiency and patient focus.
