  • Location: Avondale, Arizona
  • Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Start Date: 08/17/2026
  • Experience & Qualifications: Physical Therapist (PT), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Arizona license; Dry Needling certification is a plus but not required; 1 year of experience preferred, new graduates are not accepted
  • Schedule Details: Coverage will be split between two clinics with a consistent location and schedule within clinic hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Patient Caseload: Approximately 5055 visits per week; about 1012 patients daily
  • Patient Types: Outpatient musculoskeletal, low back pain, post-operative, geriatric, vestibular, and deconditioned patients, excluding children ages 06
  • Evaluation Times: 1-hour evaluations
  • Documentation System: NextGen
  • Staff Support: Clinical manager, PT, PTA, aide, and patient experience coordinator support
  • Floating Requirements: No floating required; consistent assignment between two clinics
  • Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: Available
