Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; maintains an active/applicable license for the State of Georgia; no prior assignment with this agency or the organization necessary.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency or the organization is highly desired; prior outpatient experience.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role includes completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans focusing on patient progression, documenting in medical records accurately and timely, and participating in student training programs. Candidates must adhere to State Practice Act, maintain licensure, and follow organizational performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates professional behavior consistent with organizational core values and safety protocols.
