  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; one or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; an active and applicable license for Pennsylvania; complete an assignment with the agency or select medical organization is highly desired; previous assignment with selected medical organization is a nice-to-have.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient settings and involvement in professional development activities are preferred.
  • Complete evaluations of assigned patients, develop individualized treatment plans using clinical reasoning, and document medical records in compliance with regulations and policies. Participate in student programs and create a professional development plan. Ensure care is provided under signed physician orders and insurance approvals. Maintain licensure and adhere to state practice regulations. Demonstrate knowledge of performance improvement initiatives and participate in organizational activities to enhance service quality.
  • Behavior Characteristics: Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and teamwork; maintains safety awareness aligned with organizational safety standards including safe patient handling and infectious disease protocols.
