Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective care focused on patient recovery and functional mobility. The position requires a licensed physical therapist with outpatient clinical experience to start as soon as possible.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Years of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed; successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization previously (highly desired); successfully completed an assignment with the organization previously (nice to have).
  • Demonstrates the ability to complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
  • Participates in student programs, providing supervision and guidance, and maintains a professional development plan aligned with organizational goals.
  • Adheres to State Practice Act and maintains professional licensure in good standing.
  • Applies clinical reasoning to optimize patient outcomes and aligns with performance improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrates strong safety awareness in all aspects of patient and staff safety, including safe patient handling, infectious diseases, slip/trip prevention, and work environment safety.
