Job Details:

- Required Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist (PT): Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program, current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, 2 years of experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program, current West Virginia PTA license or eligibility, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, 2 years of experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Additional Information:
- Deliver comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Use Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to enhance clinical efficiency
- Utilize Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Work within a manageable outpatient caseload focused on quality patient care
