We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract opportunity within a rehabilitation-focused healthcare environment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and recovery goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Rehabilitation-focused healthcare environment.
  • Day shift assignment.
  • 40 guaranteed hours per week.
  • 30-minute meal break included.
  • Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times.
