    Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation

    Lawton, Oklahoma
    Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (March 16, 2026 – June 15, 2026)
    Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,348.62
    Schedule: Day Shift | 8-Hour Days | 40 Hours Per Week

    Schedule may include occasional weekends and holidays based on department needs.

    Position Overview

    Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Lawton, OK.

    The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and develop individualized rehabilitation programs designed to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. The therapist will work with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic medical conditions while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional mobility assessments
    Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
    Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
    Utilize hands-on therapy techniques and rehabilitation equipment
    Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
    Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
    Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
    Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) when implementing treatment plans

    Patient Population

    Patients may include individuals recovering from:

    Orthopedic injuries or surgeries
    Neurological conditions
    Chronic musculoskeletal disorders
    Mobility limitations due to illness or injury

    Required Qualifications

    Minimum 2 years of hospital-based Physical Therapist experience
    Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist License
    BLS Certification (AHA)

    Preferred Qualifications
    Recent travel experience preferred

    Scheduling & Assignment Details

    40 hours per week
    No on-call responsibilities
    Some weekend or holiday coverage may be required
