Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehab unit at a critical access hospital, requiring 1+ year of experience and offering flexibility across inpatient, outpatient, and home visit settings.
Details
- Critical access hospital setting with outpatient, inpatient, and home visit services including a swing bed program in a rural community
- 3 outpatient PT clinics plus inpatient rehab coverage, with staff shifting between areas based on need
- Shift availability for 4x10 or 5x8 hour schedules, day shift
- Hours may vary from 34-40 per week depending on census or caseload
- Every 3rd weekend required
- No on-call requirements
- No floating to sister facilities
- Epic charting system preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
- BLS certification required
- MT state license required if applicable
- Experience with documentation, assessment, pain assessment, and patient/family education
- New grads may be considered

- Collaborates with providers and care teams across acute, outpatient, and long-term care settings
