Prepare a wide variety of written materials (e.g. evaluations, plans of care, progress notes, correspondence with physicians or other agencies related to patient care, etc.).g. Maintain patient records confidentially.h. Facilitate patient mobility skills including use of safe patient handling equipment.i. Manage equipment utilized in treatments.j. Adapt and modify environments, equipment, and materials to assist with promotion of functional mobility and amelioration of patients deficits.k. Document and identify progress and plans for reevaluation.l. Evaluate effects of treatment and adjust treatment to maximize benefit.m. Facilitate social adjustment and prevent physical or mental disability. Evaluates patients in a comprehensive age-appropriate manner. Sets quantifiable and realistic goals. Utilizes advanced judgment and skills in implementing treatment plans. Physician communication is timely and documentation is up-to-date. Patient mobility is accomplished using appropriate safe patient handling techniques and/or equipment. Maintains up-to-date cumulative physical therapy records.2.
