Job Details
- Position Description: Provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment, supervised by licensed professionals. Involves outpatient, inpatient, and home care, excluding long-term care. Utilizes equipment such as ultrasound and estim.
- Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; Minnesota Physical Therapist License; Minnesota Background Study; 1+ years of orthopedic and rehab skills; minimum 1 year experience.
- Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some weekends and holidays on rotation; 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Training for EPIC charting system provided as needed; float to other units/departments may be required; casual dress code with scrub attire preferred.
- Submission Requirements: Licenses to submit and the ability to badge in and out at the facility are mandatory.
