Job Details
- Position Description: Long-term care / Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist.
- Required Qualifications: BCLS certification, 1 year of skilled SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) and/or LTC (Long Term Care) experience, WA state license (or compact license accepted), minimum of 1 year of experience, available for an upcoming start date of 10/26/2026, and ability to work an 8-hour day shift, 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Requirements: Candidate must have their own transportation.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with acute care, cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, home health, LTAC, neurology, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
- Additional Information: Candidate is required to have completed their own COVID-19 vaccination series, including one booster. The facility cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. No float requirements are expected for this role.
