Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Active Iowa Occupational Therapy license, BLS (American Heart Association preferred, ARC or US Military certificates accepted), Drivers License, and 0 years of experience required.
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Work history and skills checklist specific to Inpatient Physical Therapy, current Supervision Reference Form completed within the last two years, and mandatory reporting certification.
- Additional Information: The position may require floating within the same discipline across local campuses. The traveler must be available to work during the specified start date of 11/09/2026 through 02/08/2027, including working 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day). Limit of 1 day off request between specified holiday periods.
