Position Description:
Deliver outpatient rehabilitation services in a 12-bed inpatient unit with a focus on ortho and neuro cases. Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions. Floating to alternate units such as Med/Surg, CSD, or ICU may occasionally be required under reciprocal staffing agreements.
Required Qualifications:
MSPT or DPT, Kansas licensure (or eligible), and 0 years of experience.
Schedule:
Day shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Additional Information:
Floating to alternate units happens on occasion, not a daily occurrence. The patient population includes adults 18 and older, with common diagnoses in ortho and neuro. The role requires an optimistic outlook on recovery and flexibility.
