Job Details
- Certifications: BLS, Utah Physical Therapist license (pending license accepted)
- Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Location Requirements: Must have a valid license in a state or current Compact licensure
- Years of Experience: 1 year minimum (0 years listed but at least one year recommended)
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, five days a week, minimum 40 hours weekly
- Additional Qualifications: Experience with adaptive devices, gait training, neurological and orthopedic conditions, patient education, and documentation reading in Epic electronic charting system.
- Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, assessing patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Documentation and charting must be completed accurately within organizational standards and systems.
