Job Details
- Position: Physical Therapist Inpatient
- Location: Springfield, MO
- Shift: Days, 9-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in physical therapy, degree in physical therapy, minimum of 1 year of experience, and Missouri licensure.
- Responsibilities: Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Additional Information: Experience in inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) required. Preferred experience in neuro, ortho, debility, or cardiac care. Strong teamwork, communication, work ethic, and responsibility are essential. Equipment used includes high-tech therapy devices such as EKSO and InMotion UE Robotic. Patient population includes geriatric, adult, and pediatric (no younger than 13).
- Schedule: Days, 9-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Shift times: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (tentative based on shift hours)
- Reporting: Report by 7:30 am to Allyson Beary at the front parking lot.
