Physical Therapist Home Health in Dover, Delaware. Job Details
- Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to Delaware. Successful completion of a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent. 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred. Current CPR certification. Familiarity with computer systems such as internet, email, and navigation of electronic health records (HCHB).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in home health care utilizing HCHB.
- Additional Information: Travel requirements are variable, covering Kent County. The position involves patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, supervising therapy assistants, and coordinating discharge planning. No weekend rotation or on-call duties are expected.
