Job Details

  • Position Overview: The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop appropriate treatment plans, and carry out therapy programs in accordance with agency policies and professional standards of care.
  • Required Qualifications: BS in Physical Therapy; valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Vermont and New Hampshire, or an unencumbered compact license; at least 1 year of experience as a PT in a home healthcare setting.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
