Job Details:

Required Qualifications: 1 year of skilled home health experience, valid Oregon state licensure, BLS certification, and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications: Wound care expertise and experience with electronic charting systems such as EPIC and Rover.
Schedule: 8 hours per day, starting on 09/07/2026
Additional Information: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation, with occasional driving radius of approximately 60 miles per day. The facility requires primary series COVID vaccination and one booster. Experience with Oasis documentation is necessary.
