Description

American Traveler is seeking a full-time Home Health Physical Therapist to serve patients across the Dayton, Huber Heights, Fairborn, and Yellow Springs areas.

Details

  • Home health setting covering Dayton, Huber Heights, Fairborn, and Yellow Springs territories
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Full-time, 13-week assignment

Requirements

  • Valid state PT license required prior to start date; pending licenses not accepted
  • License required if applicable
  • Experience with HomeCare HomeBase charting system preferred but not required

Additional Information

  • Open to candidates with varying levels of travel experience
  • All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront for consideration
