- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; valid license to practice; minimum of 2 years of experience in therapy; BLS (AHA) certification; no specific clinical setting experience required; reliable transportation with mileage reimbursed at .72 cents per mile, billable from first stop to last stop
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Additional Information: The position involves working in a home health setting with a focus on joint replacements and diverse diagnoses. The treatment environment is primarily home-based care, utilizing electronic charting with EPIC system. The shift hours are 8 hours per day, totaling at least 40 hours per week.
