Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 1+ years of experience and MD PT state license required if applicable.

Details

  • Home health setting covering Montgomery County and surrounding areas including Frederick, Rockville, and Silver Spring, MD
  • Adult patient population with approximately 6-7 visits per day
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday
  • Block scheduling accommodated

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of physical therapy experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • MD PT state license required if applicable
  • Experience with cardiopulmonary, geriatric, neurologic, oncologic, and orthopedic populations preferred
  • Adult home health care experience required

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers accepted
  • Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate with no mile radius rule
  • Tobacco-free facility requiring nicotine-free candidates; positive nicotine screen results in cancellation
  • Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year
  • One RTO request permitted
  • Non-billable orientation and annual modules average 4-6 hours, completed through Workday
