Job Details
- Position Description: Responsibilities include delivering home health physical therapy, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, and documenting patient progress accurately.
- Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) certification; California License; minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy home health; valid license to submit; work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner charting system.
- Additional Information: Mileage is billable per GSA rate. 25% travel may be required. The assignment runs from October 26, 2026, to January 25, 2027. The hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter durations, with full hours paid in lieu of cancellation.
