Job Details
- Position Description: The provider will be responsible for delivering outpatient and inpatient therapy services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Candidates must have experience with Oasis (government-mandated form). Experience in home setting preferred but not required.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS certification; Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience required; experience with Oasis documentation; valid license to submit.
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates should be flexible, with majority of work hours Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. They will be assigned to a specific geographical region and will undergo 1.5-2 weeks of floor-specific orientation. Scrubs are not required; professional attire with a white lab coat is expected.
- Responsibilities: Performing assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting patient progress using Cerner electronic medical records, and collaborating with a team to ensure proper patient care.
