- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Promote safe and effective rehabilitation outcomes
