Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Active State Licensure in Oklahoma; 1+ years of PTA experience; long-term care or rehabilitation experience; submission of a rsum; skills checklist completed within 1 year; at least 1 reference; active Occupational Therapy license; must have submitted at the posted rate.
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The PTA will utilize evidence-based practices to deliver skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices. Responsibilities include assessing patient progress, communicating with supervising therapists, providing patient and family counseling, documenting treatments and patient progress, participating in meetings and trainings, assisting with supplies, supervising students, and adhering to professional practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics.
