Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Active State Licensure, at least 1 year of Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) experience including long-term care or rehabilitation, valid and active PTA license, resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year, and 0-1 professional references at the time of submission.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Additional Information:
    • Supports the rehabilitation plan through manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices under supervision.
    • Assesses patient progress and communicates with the supervising Physical Therapist to modify treatments accordingly.
    • Documents all clinical activities in the electronic documentation system in adherence to policy and regulatory standards.
    • Participates in patient care conferences, utilization review, and other required meetings.
    • Supports supervision of students under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
    • Ensures compliance with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and state practice acts, ethics, and conduct during professional practice.
    • Must be available to start on 08/17/2026.
