PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (PTA) JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitative therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans, improving patient mobility and function, and supporting patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

SHIFT DETAILS

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $42.00 - $49.00 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Provide gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility interventions
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy programs and home exercises
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure patient safety throughout treatment sessions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and healthcare professionals
- Assist patients in achieving functional goals and improving independence
- Adhere to professional standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

- Guaranteed 35 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $42.00 - $49.00 per hour
