  • Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CAPTE Certification, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification, active license for the state where work will be performed, and 0 years minimum experience.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with treatment plans, training patients in locomotion and use of assistive devices, demonstrating modalities, monitoring patient responses, documenting progress, and maintaining safety and infection control standards.
  • Demonstrates good patient and family education practices, maintains professional relationships, participates in team conferences, and adheres to clinic policies and safety guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including participating in quality improvement projects and sharing current literature and case studies with peers.
