Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Savoy, Illinois.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Current documentation of immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policy.
• Ability to work with geriatric and medically complex patients, including experience with transfers, gait training, and therapeutic exercise preferred.

• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Start: ASAP.
