Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required.
• Physical Therapy Assistant credential required to start.

Assignment Details

• 13 week assignment.
• 10:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts on at least 2 days.
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shifts on Fridays.
• The remaining 2 days can be either 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Option for four 10-hour shifts with hours of 8:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Flexible scheduling options available.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
• Floating requirements: None.
