Contract | Travel | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment | Weekend Hours Required

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services within an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) and inpatient setting
  • Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric and adult patient population
  • Float between inpatient and ARU departments based on census and facility need
  • Document patient care and progress accurately using Meditech EHR
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation services team to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Idaho
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
  • Experience in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) and outpatient or inpatient setting
  • Ability to float between inpatient and ARU units as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience with Meditech electronic health record system
  • Experience treating geriatric and adult patient populations in an acute or rehabilitation environment
