Location: Primarily Marin County, CA with some coverage in San Francisco County

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Pay Package: $3,401/Week

Taxable Wages: $944/week
Housing Stipend: $1,813/week
Meals & Incidentals: $644/week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment covering primarily Marin County with some patient visits in San Francisco County. The therapist will provide care across a variety of settings, including private homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and board and care homes.

Requirements

Active California Physical Therapist License
Minimum 1 year of Home Health Physical Therapy experience required
