Start Date: 10/26 | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | 13‑Week Contract

We're seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Ukiah, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for PTs looking for a consistent weekday schedule while helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life in an outpatient setting.

Traveler Pay Package

$3,400/week

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist License
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
• EPIC experience required
• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education skills
• Ability to manage an independent outpatient caseload
