Job Details
Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
Schedule: M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 guaranteed hours
Productivity: 28-30 points per week
Branch also covers into ID, will also need Idaho & WA PT license.
HH required
HCHB strongly desired
Qualifications:
HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required
Skills:
Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required.
Proof of current CPR certification - Required.
Current driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
Previous home care experience - Preferred.
HCHB EMR preferred
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
Protouch Staffing Job ID #PROTOUCHEXT-90698. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
