We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative pediatric rehabilitation program in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is ideal for PTs interested in working with children and young adults in a supportive, team‑based environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship and training available from an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Position Highlights

Setting: Pediatric Outpatient Program Located on School Campuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Flexible scheduling options available:

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM typical schedule

Assignment Length: Approximately 6 months

Patient Population

Ages 0–21
Wide variety of diagnoses and developmental needs
Neurological, orthopedic, muscular, and lifelong medical conditions
Medically based therapy program located on school property
County-run program with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist License
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Adult PT experience considered
New graduates welcome
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interest in working with children and families
