Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health
Local or Travel | Richmond, VA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
40 hours per week
On-Call
On-call coverage required if requested.
On-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs.
Guaranteed Hours
32 hours per week
Productivity
30 units
Qualifications
HCHB experience required.
OASIS experience required.
Home Health experience required.
Current state license as a Physical Therapist - Required.
Current CPR certification - Required.
Current driver's license - Required.
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance - Required.
1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required.
Previous home care experience - Preferred.
HCHB EMR experience - Preferred.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-approved program - Required.
