RadHealth+ is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) – Michigan | 13-26 Week Contract
Location: Coverage across Van Buren, Calhoun, and Kalamazoo Counties, MI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week (Guaranteed)
Contract Length: Up to 26 weeks
On-Call: None
Weekend Requirement: Rotation every 4-6 weeks
Float: Not required
Seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. The therapist will provide in-home care focused on improving mobility, function, strength, pain management, and overall independence.
