Physical Therapist - PT Home Health, Marion, OH - Local or Travel
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift/Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
40 hours per week
Coverage Area:
This position covers the southern territory, including:
Marion
Delaware
Marysville
Kenton
Requirements:
HCHB, Home Health, and OASIS experience required
On-Call Information:
On-call required if requested. On-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs.
Productivity Units:
30 units
Qualifications:
HCHB, OASIS, and Home Health experience required
Skills:
Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required.
Proof of current CPR certification - Required.
Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required.
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required.
Previous home care experience - Preferred.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required.
