This is an excellent match for a PT with established Home Health experience who enjoys the autonomy of managing a territory while providing individualized, one-on-one care in patients' homes.
Griffin offers a smaller-community setting while keeping you within reach of the Atlanta metro area. It's approximately 40 miles south of Atlanta, making the city accessible for dining, entertainment, sporting events and weekend activities while allowing you to stay outside the busiest parts of the metro.
You'll also be convenient to communities throughout south Atlanta and central Georgia, making Griffin a practical home base for a Home Health assignment.

**Home Health PT opportunity with CenterWell Home Health in Griffin, GA.** This is a great match for someone with established Home Health experience who enjoys the autonomy and 1:1 patient care that comes with working in the home setting. The position focuses on in-home evaluations, individualized plans of care, gait and balance, transfers, strengthening, functional mobility, home safety, fall prevention and patient/caregiver education. Griffin is approximately **40 miles south of Atlanta**, giving you access to the Atlanta metro while still being based in a smaller community. Ardor offers guaranteed weekly per diems even during approved time off, double-time pay between the facility guarantee and 40 hours, Day 1 medical/dental/vision, weekly pay, travel and licensing assistance, referral bonuses, and dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment.
